You mean it's only Tuesday?

I posted my Nature Notes because I was all ready to go and because so many people do it on Wednesday that I feel behind the curve on Thursday when I get around to it. So now I have a bonus post.

Guess who's so happy that Bewitched is on television again?

When I was a kid I had a doll with long blonde hair and I named her Elizabeth Montgomery. She had a first name and a last name and I had to call her by both names. I didn't call her Liz, Libby, Lizzy, Bet, Betty, Eliza...you get the picture.

I found out just a couple days ago on Wikipedia that all the witches except Samantha's nanny (Elspeth) had names that ended in an "ah" or soft "a" sound. Samantha, Endora, Tabitha, Titchiba, Hagatha, Enchantra, Bertha, Clara, Serena, Esmeralda. Am I missing any you can think of?

I love knowing trivia like that and so of course I figured you all would be fascinated.

So I share.

Have a good day.

Always good to know bits of info like that...who knows? We might get that question on Jeopardy someday.

Sooo ... which Darrin do you prefer? :)

Jeopardy and Glenda - both good points. As for Darrin...I have never been able to decide. Even as a kid I thought each was an ass. I think I prefer the first one. i knew there were two Gladys Kravitzes but I had no idea there were two Louise Tates.

Funny! I never noticed all those ahs at the ends of the witches' names. I used to be able to wiggle my nose on command like she did, which always amused my friends.

Even then, though, I wondered why anyone with her fabulous powers would give them up for a goof like Darrin.

Michelle, you look like her? WOW!! and MyMaracas, you could twitch your nose like her? WOW!!

I am so happy I posted about my obsession with Bewitched. I do not look like her (sigh) and I have no nose-moving power.

How cool!
